On Experience

On Experience is a series of recorded conversations exploring how experience shapes the way we see, interpret, and respond to situations in our work and lives.

These are not interviews in the traditional sense. There is no fixed agenda, no performance of expertise, and no need to arrive at conclusions. Each conversation is a shared inquiry into how judgement forms, changes, and sometimes breaks down.

On Experience grew out of my work on The Myths of Experience. The conversations are a way to think with experienced practitioners, to notice how they see, and to understand what their experience has taught them, distorted, clarified, or unsettled.
