Interview with Suzanne Mercier, Liberate Leadership

Welcome to Episode 003 of the Ideas Architect Podcast.

Our Topic…

Today is the first of our interviews…

We’re talking with Suzanne Mercier of Liberate Leadership. She’s a speaker, coacher, trainer and expert on Career Leadership. And in particular, she’s a pioneer and probably Australia’s leading expert on the Imposter Syndrome – a leading cause of career sabotage that effects up to 70% of all people. She’s also the author of ‘Liberate Leadership’.

In this Podcast Episode…

Suzanne shares how to overcome your career roadblocks. Also, Suzanne shares her journey of how she first experienced the Imposter Syndrome in her own career. Then how she translated this across to its impact on other people’s careers and ultimately the massive cost to organisations. Plus, she talks about the development of her idea through the creation of a board game and into a profiling tool, coaching business and speaking career.
