Best Books of 2014 – Podcast

Our Topic

What are the best books you’ve read in 2014?

Each year for the past 12 years I’ve read between 40-50 books a year (except one year when I only read 30+ books). So far this year I’ve read 49 books. And, this sparks the obvious question: which ones are the best books I’ve read in 2014?

In this Podcast Episode

Here’s the top ten best books I’ve read during 2014:

  1. A book on reciprocity styles as the key to success
  2. A book on creating happiness through working on your strengths
  3. A book on the gamification of motivation
  4. A book on presenting yourself through infographics
  5. A book on how to create meaning through your work
  6. A book on vulnerability
  7. A book about one person’s wild adventures to fulfill their bucket list
  8. A book on why design thinking is needed in the boardroom
  9. A book that rewrites sales in the age of digital media
  10. A book by a writer about being a writer – and producing results in life.
